This week, I attended the album release party of Dreemtime, one of the hottest new bands on the funk music scene. The chill event was held at the Fashion 40 Lounge in Midtown. Friends and family came out to celebrate the release of the group’s new album, New York Lounge Funk. To set the mood, the lights were dimmed as soulful sounds of Dreemtime played in the background.
